- Load Photo Organizer Filewatcher software on a server, if you have one, or on a PC. This software sits there and listens for photos to come
- If you want, upgrade your digital cameras with inexpensive wireless storage cards, available at Fry's, Best Buy and other retailers, if not then use a USB card reader
- Do what you are doing today, take photos. The only difference is you will need to take some photos of barcodes that identify where to send the images
- Take photos over several jobs or days without having to remember what the photos were of, or what vehicle they came from
- Photographs are automatically downloaded, folders created, photos moved to the right folder, reduced images automatically created and an archive created
- Load Easy Photo Organizer Browser on your server, if you have one, or on a PC. This software is used to easily move images processed by Easy Photo Organizer Filewatcher to estimating system upload areas or to organize repair images
- Browse to a folder, see the images there, view the full size or photo negative, and copy images from work folders to estimating system upload areas
